MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANISERS
 

Welcome everyone to the updated 33^rd International Snowdon Race 2008 website which will now convey our message globally; that indeed this race is an event and a challenge that all mountain runners should experience in their lifetime.

Last year our website was visited over 20,000 times and the village of Llanberis and the beauty of Snowdonia transmitted to all the four corners of the earth – such is the power of the world wide web, this can only be of immense benefit to the area and it’s population.

In 2008 once again we hope to welcome runners and their supporters from all over the UK and Europe – some for the first time - but many making what has become an annual pilgrimage to Llanberis.

Obviously as in other events of this nature I will take this opportunity to thank the Committee, volunteers and especially the Llanberis Business community for their support over the years, without their unselfish contributions there would be no race to look forward to.

Finally whatever your nationality we will extend a warm welcome to you and hope to see you amongst the 500 starters on the 26^th July 2008.
